Printing as .PDF splitting apart? Well here’s how to fix it!

So you’re in MS Word (usually) and you need to “print > save as .pdf” to protect the information of course. You start the process, File > Print > Save as PDF > Save to “Desktop” and voila!
It splits your one document into many documents. Don’t panic!
- Open the very 1st .PDF
- Ensure that the side tray is visible (you can see any other documents of they are open)
- Drag the 2nd .PDF created “on top” of the 1st
- You may need to drag it a few times to get the 1st .PDF to “swallow” the 2nd
- (You’ll know it has been merged when there is only one document remaining in the side bar)
- Continue to drag the other .PDF’s, one at a time
- File > Save once all files have been dragged across
- Close
- Re-open you main .PDF file and ….. voila! One complete .PDF document.
Happy .PDF’ing!
