Someone recently mentioned the Palm Pilot, my how it brings back memories. My dream was to have my very own. Since then I have acquired an iPhone, which everyone knows I am in love with ツ. These Smart Phones have enabled us to connect and work more. Catch 22 situation, but a choice we make at the end of the day.

My iPhone is accompanied by my MacBook Pro, and she is accompanied by the iShuffle. So as we can see, I am an #Apple fan, without a doubt. I have been known to chop and change between brands as I love testing what is on the market. I upgraded from an HTC Diamond which had the coolest touch screen at the time. HTC has since launched their Android  (aka iPhone killers) devices which is not only sexy in design but boasts similiar iPhone-like features (and much more) such as photo-finger-zoom and applications built to enhance your life.

I have to confess though, making the move initially to Apple was frustrating. None of the applications I needed to run my business worked and no right click was an issue. Introduce the mouse, setup remote desktop and voila, problem solved.

So, what is the point of my blabber?

Well, sometimes we feel that technology is cumbersome, but it does not have to be. There are solutions for every issue we can think of, we have to know where to look for the answers and have some patience. So if you are thinking of upgrading from A to B, go on and do it already. A new, more improved version will makes its debut 5 minutes after purchase, but this happens irrespective, deal with it. The payoff of having a nifty gadget serving dual functions enabling some play and work time is well worth the leap.
